Do I Have Insomnia?

While cinema and even literature have over-dramatized the idea of insomnia over the years, many people just plain want to know: Do I have insomnia myself?

Because of the heavy-handed influence of art on people’s perceptions, many believe that insomnia is some sort of terrible sickness or disease. Actually, insomnia is merely a symptom, or a sign, of disease, and is not a sickness or disease itself.
