People who are prime candidates to Rosea Rhodiola extract side effects include those that have bi-polar disorders and those with other psychological disorders. It would be best to consult first with a doctor before doing so. Reports have shown that those falling into this category experience extreme mood swings and also hallucinations. If left unchecked, the situation could become very serious.

To avoid any of these issues, it would be best to start with a low dosage at first. Make sure that you are not experiencing any of the side effects mentioned above, if you do, then either stop taking Rosea Rhodiola, lower your dosage, or consult a doctor.

Also, never take Rosea Rhodiola with an empty stomach, if you do so, you may experience heart palpitations and a somewhat shaky feeling like when a person ingests too much coffee.
