Ways of Lowering Your Blood Pressure

Today, I have two videos for you. Both are designed to help you lower your blood pressure. In trying these two videos out – do them a separate times and then check your results. One might be better than the other for your particular needs. Also if you like the idea of this type of video health help – there are many similar videos at youtube.com.

The first video is a passive one – you just listen to it. It is a binaural beat video with relaxing music and this is what it helps you to do – to relax and lower your blood pressure. In trying these two videos out – do them a separate times and then check your results.

The second video which helps to get your blood pressure lowered is a slightly more active one – you breathe. Specifically, you follow the light and sound cues in the video to regulate your breathing. And for 10-15 minutes you pace your breathing doing six breathes a minute.

Doing the breathing exercise in this video, did relax me and using this breathing technique before bedtime has helped my sleeping pattern, too.

While I cannot tell you that using these two videos daily will permanently lower your blood pressure, I am hoping you will find these useful in conjunction with other lifestyle changes and the medical advice from your doctor.
