As part of my breakfast, most mornings, I add a teaspoon and a half of organic hemp seeds to my cereal, oatmeal or egg dish for that day. Why? Because hemp seeds are good for me and for you, too.

Hemp seeds are highly nutritious and have gained popularity for their health benefits. Here are some key aspects of the nutritional value of hemp seeds:
