The natural vitamins in leafy greens can help your body stay in good shape and healthy. A clear complexion is also a byproduct of eating leafy greens because of the vitamins in them. If there are circles under your eyes, this can help with that, too. By eating these greens, you will make your body much more healthy and your complexion will definitely improve.
